Dr Valery Uvarov is the head of the department of UFO research, palaeosciences and palaeotechnology at the National Security Academy of Russia He has devoted more than 14 years to UFOlogy as well as to the study of the legacy of ancient civilisations. Valery is the author of numerous papers on UFOlogy and exoterica published in the Russian and foreign press, and an initiator of and participant in a number of expeditions to India and Egypt in search of material evidence of ancient knowledge. He is a regular particpant in international UFOlogical conferences, and gives lectures and seminars in Russia, the UK, USA, Germany and Scandanavia.
Through the National Security Academy of Russia, Valery is in charge of the Russian language edition of NEXUS Magazine. He will be presenting information about the role of the mystery installation in the Valley of Death (Siberia) in relation to the Tunguska event, and about what the Russians think the Installation is, and who put it there.
